All deposits to your jiligogo wallet are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiligogo accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the Finance / Wallet page. jiligogo does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. jiligogo aims to process GCash withdrawals within five (5) minutes for fully verified accounts, though processing times may vary. jiligogo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
jiligogo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to complete identity verification; or at jiligogo's sole discretion for any other reason jiligogo deems appropriate.
Upon termination of your account for cause, jiligogo may forfeit any balance, bonus funds, or winnings held in your account. Where an account is closed at your own request and no breach of these Terms has occurred, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification and processing requirements.
You may close your jiligogo account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests are subject to the completion of any pending transactions and compliance with applicable withdrawal procedures.
jiligogo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jiligogo will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and jiligogo, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jiligogo's support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR where applicable.
